General Description:
The Client Services Representative for Stock Doors is responsible to enter and manage orders for stock projects. The Client Services Representative facilitates order delivery on promised dates and keeps clients informed of changes that affect the delivery. The CS Representative works to facilitate cooperation and service between clients, production and shipping.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities include, but not limited to:
• Process client orders for stock doors.
• Track order status for clients and answer all questions regarding orders and lead times.
• Troubleshoot sales orders for stock doors, keeping clients informed of any changes.
• Communicate regularly with distributors to update them on lead-times, cut-off times and inventory levels.
• Initiate invoice adjustments due to quality issues.
• Perform similar and related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Position Requirements:
• A.S. in Business Management/Administration or minimum 3 years experience in client services.
• Aluminum storefront and curtain wall experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to multi-task work efficiently.

General Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible to manage the activities of the sales department to ensure that established goals for order input, sales volume, throughput margin, accounts receivable, and profit margin are attained. Responsible to support, train, and motivate members of the sales team. Responsible to ensure that Tubelite’s sales team members are recognized for their field applications assistance, timeliness of quotation response and professional demeanor. The Sales Manager is instrumental in the development and implementation of appropriate pricing. Responsible to develop specification strategies for various client types, product groupings and geographic territories. Responsible to coordinate and communicate information to distributor partners, to identify new business opportunities and to ensure that the client base is correct and aligns with the business plan.
Specific Duties and Accountabilities:
• Ensure that the correct people, structure, culture, processes and SOPS exist within the sales group to successfully obtain corporate sales and profit objectives.
• Review and analyze sales and thru-put margin performance against budget to determine effectiveness.
• Implement corrective actions where and when necessary.
• Visit clients with Client Development Managers.
• Travel with each Client Development Manager at least twice each year.
• Conduct weekly conference call with sales team.
• Ensure that Distributor partners adhere to outlined policies and procedures.
• Assist the Marketing Group in the development and implementation of new sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report about the industry and competitors in the markets.
• Support and train new sales professionals as required.
• Monitor budgets, product and sales forecasts as required. Implement corrective measures as required. Prepare reports and communicate to members of the management team.
• Foster team mentality within the sales force and client services group.
• Adhere to established policies, standards and standard operating procedures (SOP’s).

Position Requirements:
• BA in Marketing, Business Management/Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial fenestration industry with solid technical understanding of storefront and curtainwall systems and applications.
• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
• Minimum 3 years background in architectural promotion and training.
• Basic understanding of construction documents, details, sketches and design technical manuals. Prefer CDT accreditation with the Construction Specifications Institute.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with demonstrated superior client orientation.

The Shipping Supervisor is responsible to develop and maintain the dependable delivery system of products to and from customers and vendors. The Shipping Supervisor is responsible to supervise the shipping department.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities include, but not limited to:
• Supervise Shipping Clerks to encourage maximum productivity
• Determine shipping personnel levels to ensure workforce efficiency.
• Negotiate with and execute contracts with freight carriers for efficient, cost-effective service.
• Assist with carrier selection for Tubelite’s transportation needs.
• Manage and modify DFG routes for better efficiency.
• Work with Production Schedulers and Shipping Clerks to coordinate outbound shipments.
• Monitor shipment charges and payments for all inbound and outbound freight expenses.
• Confirm outbound shipments from Linetec and outside fabricators.
• Schedule return materials for and with Tubelite accounts.
• File carrier loss and damage claims on behalf of Tubelite.
• Assist Sales, Client Services and Finance Departments with freight issues.
• Assist Reed City Extrusion Department with necessary shipments.
Position Requirements:
• 2-3 years shipping or logistics experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of freight rate structures and carrier service constraints.
• B.A. in Business, or similar.
• Familiar with Lean manufacturing principals. Six Sigma certification preferred.
